pkrber Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Needs to Know

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkrber ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of pkrber.bet. By accessing pkrber.bet, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

pkrber reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify active players via the email address registered with their account and will display a notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of pkrber after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on pkrber.bet, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football and other sports), card games, jackpot slots, Ludo games, and any promotional offers or bonuses issued by pkrber.

2Eligibility

To use pkrber, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkrber operates a strict minimum-age policy and may request identity verification at any time.
• You must be accessing pkrber from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal position in your area before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of any employee of pkrber or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each pkrber account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not have previously been excluded from pkrber or had an account suspended for Terms violations without that suspension having been formally lifted by pkrber.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pkrber reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point — including proof of age, proof of identity and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkrber. If we detect multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether through the same device, the same payment details, the same IP address or any other method of identification — we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts and withhold any funds associated with them pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete and current information when registering your pkrber account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and payment details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrber login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. pkrber strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkrber support immediately at support@pkrber.bet.

pkrber will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkrber operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing certain withdrawals or in response to account activity that triggers our verification protocols, we may require you to submit copies of valid identity documents (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and proof of payment method. Standard KYC requests are resolved within 48 business hours of submission of complete documentation.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkrber accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (interbank fund transfer) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. No other payment methods are currently accepted. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Rs 500,000 (standard accounts); higher limits available for VIP accounts upon request

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your pkrber account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account. If a deposit does not appear within the stated timeframe, contact pkrber support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by pkrber Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are paid within 5–30 minutes of approval. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. pkrber reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not previously completed full KYC.

4.5 Funds in Your Account

All funds deposited into your pkrber account are held exclusively for the purpose of funding wagers on pkrber and are not considered loans, investments or any other type of financial instrument. pkrber does not pay interest on deposited funds. Account funds must not be used for any purpose other than betting on pkrber.bet.

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. pkrber may apply an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold. You will be notified via email before any dormancy charges are applied, giving you 30 days to reactivate your account.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on all pkrber sports markets is Rs 50. The maximum stake varies by market and event type and is displayed on your bet slip before confirmation. Card game tables on pkrber have varying minimum and maximum chip values displayed within each game interface.

5.2 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only considered placed when pkrber has issued a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets submitted through your bet slip are not final until this confirmation is received. If you do not receive confirmation within 60 seconds of submission, do not re-submit — contact pkrber support to verify the status of your wager before placing a duplicate bet.

5.3 Odds and Market Changes

All odds displayed on pkrber are indicative and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. pkrber reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. For in-play markets, odds update continuously and may change between the moment you select an option and the moment the bet is processed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet receipt are the odds that will apply to your settlement.

5.4 Void Bets

pkrber may void a bet under the following circumstances:

• The relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required period of play has been completed (as defined in sport-specific rules available in the Help section)
• The bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human error in odds compilation
• The bet was placed after the event or market had concluded but the result was not yet reflected in the system (a "late bet")
• Evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation or other irregular activity affects the relevant event

Where a bet is voided, the full stake amount is returned to the player's pkrber account balance.

5.5 Result Disputes

If you believe a market on pkrber has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute via email to support@pkrber.bet within 72 hours of the market being settled. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered. pkrber's settlement decisions, once reviewed, are final.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Offer Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotions and special offers issued by pkrber are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual offer. These are published alongside the offer on pkrber.bet and form part of these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotional offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most pkrber bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a specified amount that must be bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each offer's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before attempting to withdraw may result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player

Welcome offers and first-deposit bonuses are available only once per player, household, device, payment method and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts involved being suspended and all bonus-derived winnings being voided.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

pkrber monitors betting patterns associated with bonus usage. Strategies that are determined to constitute bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging of qualifying bets, use of bonus funds only on markets with near-certain outcomes, or any form of coordinated activity designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus removal and may result in account suspension.

7Responsible Gaming

pkrber is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that online betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we work actively to support players who may be at risk of developing problematic gambling habits.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every pkrber account holder and can be activated immediately through account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits
• Session time reminders — Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play
• Cool-off periods — Suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours)
• Self-exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely block access to your pkrber account

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you choose to self-exclude from pkrber, your account will be closed immediately and you will not be able to create a new account during the exclusion period. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to support@pkrber.bet.

7.3 Underage Gambling

pkrber takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 is accessing pkrber — whether through your account or otherwise — please report it to us immediately. We recommend using parental control software if minors share access to your devices.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrber and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence to place bets, access the platform or manipulate odds
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, result manipulation or any agreement with other parties to influence the outcome of an event on which bets are placed
• Money laundering, or using pkrber for any purpose connected with the proceeds of crime
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties (acting as an agent), or having third parties place bets using your account
• Systematically arbitraging between pkrber and other platforms in bad faith
• Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or during the KYC verification process
• Attempting to access restricted parts of pkrber's platform, interfering with platform security or attempting to reverse-engineer any component of the pkrber system

9Intellectual Property

All content on pkrber.bet — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, odds data, software, code, game assets, audio and video elements — is the property of pkrber or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pkrber.bet for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any pkrber content for any other purpose without the express prior written permission of pkrber.

The pkrber brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of pkrber. Unauthorised use of any pkrber trademark — including use in domain names, social media accounts or third-party marketing materials — is prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

pkrber provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to pkrber.bet. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or factors outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrber's total liability to you in connection with your use of pkrber.bet shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkrber is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or winnings attributable to platform unavailability or technical errors beyond your deposited balance
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any nature
• Losses arising from your failure to read and comply with these Terms
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security

Nothing in these Terms limits pkrber's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

11Privacy and Data

The collection, storage and use of personal data by pkrber is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with pkrber, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrber collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, personalisation of your experience and compliance with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data held by pkrber, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. All data requests should be directed to support@pkrber.bet.

12Amendments to These Terms

pkrber reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made:

• pkrber will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Registered players will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect
• A notice will be displayed prominently on pkrber.bet for the notice period

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pkrber.bet and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of your remaining balance before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of pkrber after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkrber's operating jurisdiction. pkrber operates under a valid gaming licence issued by its regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkrber that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@pkrber.bet with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pkrber will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to provide a final response within 28 days.

pkrber makes every effort to resolve player disputes fairly and promptly. We encourage players to contact our support team in the first instance for any account, bet settlement or payment query before escalating to a formal complaint.
